NPO sustainability plans

Progressive Foundations wants to fund non-profits not only to deliver a programme to beneficiaries (ie Operational funding for a project), they will also fund the charity to build their capacity so that by the end of a typical funding relationship, the charity will be stronger than when the foundation found them.

Luceo's NPO services page gives multiple ways a foundation can sponsor a charity, but to highlight a few, the foundation could sponsor the charity to

• Complete Luceo's Org Health Assessment so we can form a baseline of current operations, identify risks and pull up a Development plan for the Charity

• receive the Fundraising Technology Service (FTS) & operate it for a year or two so the NPOs can track their fundraising efforts more efficiently

• receive the Fundraising and Marketing Service (FMS) for a year so Luceo can help the charity to kickstart their public fundraising practice

• receive Luceo's Governance Service so the board can get training and get the Governance Health Check service for 3 years

​

• go onto Autopilot - Luceo's software to help create healthy staff teams, avoid burnout and manage job expectations & feedback
