FMS - to raise funds from the general public
For charities who have implemented Luceo’s Fundraising Technology Service (FTS) but do not have an in-house fundraiser, Luceo’s Fundraise & Marketing Service (FMS) offers an experienced fundraiser from the Luceo team to drive marketing and fundraising for the charity in collaboration with the charity staff.

To set up the service, Luceo will:

Develop A Social media & communication strategy for the charity

Develop a Brand identity guideline for the charity

Provide training on how to capture good photos, videos, and stories
The standard tier comprise:

Receive photos, videos and stories from staff (yes, it is a collaboration with the charity)

Make social media posts every week
-
Send out a mailer every 2nd month (6 pa)

Send out an appeal 2x a year

Do fundraising research

Submit 4 mini applications* to funders pa

* Mini applications are applications where the funder will accept an open letter of motivation. This is different from Formal applications are where the funder has published application templates, budgets templates and a strict application process or where the funding process entails multiple rounds of applications.
