SSS - Screen and Select NPOs

Given our extensive experience in the non-profit sector, Foundations sometimes turn to us and ask us to identify a cohort of non-profits for a specific new program they want to run.

Typical steps involve

  1. Define selection criteria with the foundation & program this into an application portal

  2. run advertisements to raise awareness of the opportunity

  3. Sift through the applicants to identify suitable NPOs for inclusion in the program

  4. Approach candidate NPOs & secure buy-in (signing of grant agreements etc)

  5. Deliver the program to the NPOs or hand them over to the foundation staff to deliver the program​
